Due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict quality and safety policy.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns for food products once delivered.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, leaked, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Eligibility for Replacement / Refund

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared.

Replacement Policy

  • If approved, we will arrange a free replacement for the affected product.

  • Replacement delivery timelines depend on location availability.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer after customer confirmation.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Taste preferences or personal dislikes

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
